Note: We do not offer exchanges and do not accept returns. The requirements for a refund to be considered for approval include a request within 30 days of receiving your order, must have photo and/or video proof of product damage or defect by the manufacturer (or in some cases, if you received the incorrect product(s) and/or size(s) than those listed in your order).

We do not offer refunds for choosing the incorrect product(s), size(s), incorrectly typed by you (the customer) email address or mailing address for delivery when purchasing. Only if the fulfillment of product(s) or size(s) is not the same as the ones listed in your order.
